What producers ask

Answers to the questions producers ask before booking. Rates are quoted per brief.

How quickly can you turn a job around?

Seven dancers were cast and rehearsed in twenty-four hours for a music video after another choreographer dropped out. A routine for Will Smith at King's Cross was learned by the dancers in under a day. Months of notice is better. Days is possible.

Do you supply the dancers?

Yes. A trained company of adults on call, plus a wider network across London and Hertfordshire. Three clients on the testimonials page say she cast the whole shoot.

Which styles?

Hip-Hop, Locking, Commercial, Lite Feet, House, Afro, Dancehall, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary. Afro and Hip-Hop are the two she is best known for on stage.

Do you work with under-18s?

Yes, through Warriorz Performing Arts Academy, her own school in Hertfordshire, with full safeguarding. Agencies with U18 clients book her for exactly this.

Where are you based?

London and Hertfordshire. She has worked in Portugal, South Africa, Australia, Paris and Malta in the last three years.

Are you represented?

Dancers Inc and I.N.C Artists for performance, Mass Talent for choreography, and direct for creative direction and events.

What happens if our choreographer pulls out close to the shoot?

It has happened more than once, and the job still happened. One producer was let down seven days before a shoot; Zara organised seven dancers within twenty-four hours and they arrived on time and ready. Will Smith at King's Cross was learned in twenty-four hours too.

We need movement direction for presenters and actors, not dancers. Can you help?

Yes. Movement direction is making people who are not trained dancers look natural on camera. She has presented eight seasons of children's television herself and has worked on live television formats including The Masked Dancer and Dancing on Ice.

Can you run the whole creative side of a shoot, not only the choreography?

Yes. Creative direction covers concept, cast, location and choreography as one piece. Hot Wuk in 2026 is an example: fourteen dancers, one studio, one night.

Have you worked on big stage or arena shows?

Yes. Dance captain for Stormzy and Burna Boy at the BRIT Awards, part of the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony in Birmingham, and dancer and choreographic team for Davido's Timeless Tour at the O2 Arena and in Paris.

Do you take international jobs?

Yes. In the last three years she has worked in Portugal, South Africa, Australia, Paris, Malta and Romania, as well as across the UK. She is also hired to teach company groups around the world, and taught in Los Angeles in 2026.

Can the same person choreograph our show and also host or judge it?

Yes. Alongside choreography she founded the XDC competition, judges for 101 Events, SdI, Hip Hop Unite and Unified, and hosted the Rep Your Country Party at Pioneer Plays Malta.
